On-Line Water Utilities
The City of Miami Springs is pleased to offer On-Line Water Utilities - Internet access to your water and sewer utility billing account. Through the Internet you can view your billing, payment, and consumption history, and compare periods. If you wish, you can also pay your bill with a credit card. We gladly accept Visa and MasterCard.

Your initial PIN number for utility account may be obtained by: calling customer service at (305) 805-5000 or e-mailing them at utilities@miamisprings-fl.gov. You will need your account number, your last month’s bill, and an active e-mail address to receive your PIN.

After obtaining your initial PIN, you can access your account by connecting to the City of Miami Springs utilities web site on the link at the top of this page or from the "Utilities Online" icon on the home page. 

Enter your account number and PIN exactly as given including the leading zeros in the PIN.

The first time you log on you will be presented with a registration screen to change your PIN. Please note that registration is a two-step process. You must provide an Email address. When you fill in all the required information and click on “submit”, the system will send you an Email instructing you how to complete your registration. If you have multiple accounts, each account must be individually registered
